Acting class refund policy
Acting Class Return and Refund Policy for 2022:
Return Policy Deadline: Refunds can be requested up to 48 hours prior to the commencement of the class. For instance, if you have acquired an acting class scheduled to begin on January 12, 2022, the refund request deadline would be January 9, 2022, at 23:59 Mountain Standard Time (MST).
Initiating a Return: To initiate a refund, kindly communicate with us via email within the stipulated time frame of the return policy. Once your refund request is received, you can expect the refund to be processed within 5 business days from the date of contact.
Non-transferable Nature: The purchase of an acting class cannot be transferred or applied as credit towards any other event, coaching session, workshop, or merchandise.
Refund Window Expiry: Please be advised that refunds for the purchase of an acting class will not be granted once the 48-hour refund window has lapsed.

Film Acting Class Minimum Enrollment Policy
Effective January 1st 2021, this policy outlines the minimum enrollment requirement for our Film Acting Classes. In order to ensure the quality and effectiveness of our classes, a minimum of 2 students is required to initiate a class on the specified start date. If the minimum enrollment is not met, the class may be rescheduled or canceled, and enrolled students will be offered the option to transfer, private coaching or receive a refund. We value our students' experience and strive to provide a conducive learning environment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy.
